The holding or presentation of spectacles, tournaments and sports events of a multidisciplinary nature, which tend to increase the risk inherent to fighting sports and can cause grave lesions, bodily injuries or even death, shall not be allowed until a license is obtained for the holding or presentation of said events, issued by the Sports and Recreation Department pursuant to the regulations adopted to such purposes.
