Any person, promoter, agent or representative who wishes to present a new sports or recreational spectacle, tournament or event in Puerto Rico, shall have to submit a proposal describing the activity to the Sports and Recreation Department, for its evaluation and the corresponding determination to authorize or deny it, pursuant to the regulatory provisions established to such effects by the Sports and Recreation Department.
