All equipment, money or any other material that is found in the place where an event of the nature described in §§ 550 and 550a of this title is being held without due authorization, shall be seized by the Secretary of Justice, the Secretary of the Treasury or by the Police Superintendent, through their delegates, the police or agents of law and order in favor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. For the seizure and disposal of the assets, money, equipment and materials, the procedure established in §§ 1721 et seq. of Title 34, known as the 'Uniform Seizure Act of 1988', shall be followed.
