Without impairing any other legal resource that could be established, the Secretary of the Sports and Recreation Department, pursuant to the provisions of law that apply to the case, and through the Secretary of Justice, who shall represent the Sports and Recreation Department, shall file an injunction or other similar resource on behalf of the Government against any natural or juridical person, to restrict or prevent the holding or presentation in Puerto Rico of any sports spectacle or event of the type described in §§ 550 and 550a of this title, which does not have the prior authorization of the Sports and Recreation Department.
