It is hereby declared that any insignia that alludes to the San Blas Marathon that is officially registered at the Department of State shall be used exclusively by the Organizing Entity of the San Blas Marathon, which shall be the only entity with the legal rights and capacity to authorize the use of said insignias, and any radio or television broadcast, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 551a—551k of this title, and to charge for its commercial exploitation and use.
