The Organizing Entity, likewise, may cancel the permits it issues under the provisions of §§ 551a—551k of this title, by written notice to the pertinent party, in case the holder of the permit fails to comply with the conditions prescribed for the use of the insignias and the radio and television broadcasts, which are protected by §§ 551a—551k of this title, or when improper use is made of the same.
