The Organizing Entity shall keep a register of all the permits it grants according to the provisions of §§ 551a—551k of this title, of the conditions prescribed for its issue, and of the cancellations it orders subsequently. Furthermore, it shall render an annual report to the Sports and Recreation Department, which shall contain said concessions, conditions and cancellations and of the sums it has collected through the application of §§ 551a—551k of this title.
