The funds collected by the Organizing Entity through the application of §§ 551a—551k of this title shall be used exclusively to finance the organization and holding of the San Blas Marathon. It shall be the obligation of the Organizing Entity to submit, annually, to the Department and to the Committees on the Treasury and on Sports of both Legislative Bodies, an itemized report on the moneys collected and the use thereof.
