The sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to the Sports and Recreation Department to be used for the purposes of §§ 552—557 of this title during the 1975-76 fiscal year. In subsequent years the Sports and Recreation Administration must include the necessary appropriation item in its budget of operating expenses. History —June 30, 1975, No. 109, p. 324, § 6, eff.
