(a) The 'Martin Luther King Cup' of volleyball and basketball, which shall be held every year in the town of Naranjito is hereby established, which authorizes the organizing committee to receive and accept donations from public, private, and federal sources, for the celebration of said event.(b) The organizing committee shall plan, design related activities and events, in the initial phase, shall give continuity, compliance and provide information on the personality of Martin Luther King, as established in this measure.
