The Colón Park Board is hereby further authorized to exploit, as it deems advisable, the buildings now existing and those hereafter constructed, either for account of the board or through lease to private persons; Provided, That all receipts obtained from the exploitation of said buildings shall be applied by the board to the maintenance and improvement of said park and of its buildings, as well as to the construction of any other buildings which may be necessary.
