(a) The Fire Station of the Municipality of Aguas Buenas is hereby designated as the José del Carmen 'Pinky' Nieves-Rivera, Fire Station.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture is hereby relieved from the designating function as conferred by law.
