(a) The Little League Baseball Complex is hereby designated as the 'Miguel Ángel Luzunaris-Soto Baseball Complex', in order to pay homage to the person who was the advocate for the creation of Little League baseball teams in Humacao.(b) The Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission, the Sports and Recreation Department, and the Municipality of Humacao shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act', for purposes of the designation herein required.
