The following reasons shall justify the cancellation of financial aid and the termination of any contract awarded for the purposes of this chapter, within the regulations established by the Secretary of the Sports and Recreation Department:(1) When the scholarship recipient, technician or trainer is subject to corrective measures for undisciplined conduct.(2) Irregular attendance to the courses or failure to comply with the rules, regulations and other requirements of the institution.(3) Failure to complete the course or program in the programmed term.
