The Secretary of the Sports and Recreation Department shall see to it that the appropriations and money in support of the Fund, are used for the purposes stated in this chapter, and shall render an annual report, including a statement of income and expenses of the Fund and a list of the scholarships granted and the contracts awarded in compliance with this chapter, to the Legislature and the Governor of Puerto Rico.
