Whenever used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings hereinbelow expressed, unless otherwise clearly deduced from the context:(a) Colombofilia. — Means the art or sport of breeding and training homing pigeons.(b) Department. — Means the Sports and Recreation Department.
