In those cases in which a winner of the Lotto Grand Prize chooses or has chosen to receive his/her prize in the form of annuity payments, said payment shall be satisfied in the order and the manner itemized below:(a) Available investments to the name of the Electronic Lottery for the payment of these annuities.(b) From the Common Fund created by the Operational Regulations of the Additional Lottery System.(c) From that portion that § 813 of this title provides for, shall be covered into the General Fund of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
