(a) Those location consultations for uses that are not compatible with the purposes of this chapter and in land located within the Park which are pending resolution before the Planning Board shall be denied at the time in which the delimitation of the Park and the regulation that governs its uses takes effect.(b) Those location consultations for uses that are not compatible with the purposes of this chapter that were approved by the Planning Board and which were in effect at the time of the delimitation of the Park and the regulations shall remain in effect.
