(a) Those cases filed before the Regulations and Permits Administration for uses that are not compatible with the Park and which are pending resolution, before said Administration at the time in which the delimitation of the Park and the regulations that govern its use take effect and which are not compatible with said regulations shall be denied.(b) Those cases of uses not compatible with the Park that were approved by the Regulations and Permits Administration and which are in effect as of the date of effectiveness of the delimitation of the Park and the regulations shall remain in effect.
