The conveyance and transfer of the land within the Tanamá River Karst Zone National Park for any purposes other than those indicated in this chapter is hereby totally and absolutely prohibited.The purpose and use of the land subject to this chapter shall not be altered in any manner unless new legislation are issued with respect thereto.
