The Board of Trustees shall meet as often as needed to consider assistance petitions from eligible ex-boxers. Nevertheless, its first meeting shall be convened as a special meeting, within sixty (60) days following the approval of this act, to elect by majority vote the trustee that shall act as secretary of said Board and for the Chair of the Board to designate, by recommendation of the President of the Professional Boxing Commission, the three (3) representatives of the citizens.
