(a) The Chief, the Assistant Chief, the Administrative Assistant, and the inspectors of the Bureau of the Lottery are hereby empowered to administer oaths in connection with all matters appertaining to the law, regulations and general administration of the Lottery of Puerto Rico.(b) Any oath or sworn statement taken or made before any of the persons authorized by this section to administer oaths, shall be administered and made in the manner most binding on the conscience of the person who takes the oath, and under the penalties established by law for the offense of injury; Provided, That the oaths so taken shall be fee free.
