Any church, lodge or bona fide charitable organization wishing to obtain a license under these provisions shall file a sworn application with the Secretary of State of Puerto Rico, stating the date on which it was organized, and stipulating the day of the week, the premises where, and the hours it wishes to hold the lotto or lottery game known as 'bingo', accompanying the application with internal revenue stamps to cover the fees prescribed in § 154 of this title.
