It is hereby declared that all identifying insignia allusive to the Olympic movement shall be the exclusive use of the Puerto Rico Olympic Committee which shall be the only entity entitled to, and with legal capacity to authorize the use of, such identifying insignia through any promotional means or manner, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, and to charge for its use and commercial exploitation.\nHistory —June 29, 1987, No. 71, p. 226, § 3.
