Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions of §§ 1101—1106 of this title shall be bound to compensate the sportsperson for the damages caused plus an amount equal to twice the compensation granted and shall also be bound to reinstate him in his employment if he has been dismissed.\nHistory —June 27, 1987, No. 49, p. 167, § 4, eff. 30 days after June 27, 1987.
