Should a vacancy arise created from among the six (6) trustee members, the succeeding trustee shall be designated by the ex-officio members of the Board and shall hold office for the remainder of the term. The successor shall meet the eligibility requirements of his/her predecessor, as established in § 1155 of this title. A vacancy on the Board shall not have the effect of undermining the Board’s authority to exercise all its powers and to carry out all its duties at any meeting in which there is the necessary quorum.\nHistory —June 12, 1992, No. 12, § 6.
