The Chairperson of the Board shall have a voice but no vote in the Board’s matters and decisions; however, should there be a tied vote, the Chairperson may cast a vote to resolve the tie, but only after a second vote has been cast and the tie prevails.\nHistory —June 12, 1992, No. 12, § 12.
