The Board shall, from time to time, adopt and amend rules for its internal operation and administration, as well as those rules, regulations, and norms that are consistent with the provisions of these §§ 1151 et seq. of this title, as they be necessary and appropriate to direct its business and other matters. The trustees by appointment shall receive a nominal stipend determined by the ex-officio members for each day they attend the meetings of the Board. The trustees are entitled to be reimbursed for those necessary and reasonable expenses incurred to fulfill their functions and duties as trustees.\nHistory —June 12, 1992, No. 12, § 13.
