In case an artistic event is suspended, whether by accident or for any other reason, the promoter shall have the obligation to refund the amount paid for the tickets to the consumers who acquired the same, within a period of 15 days following the date the event was suspended.\nWithin the aforementioned period of fifteen (15) days, the promoter shall allow the consumer a minimum of seven (7) days to request his/her refund. He/she shall be available eight (8) working hours, including Saturday, in order to make it easier for the consumer to request his/her refund without having to be absent from workplace.\nLikewise, he/she shall have the obligation to give notice of the suspension of the artistic event through the press, radio, or television. Provided, That he/she shall give notice during reasonable hours through the abovementioned media as to the dates, hours, and place where the money will be refunded.\nIn addition, the promoter shall have the obligation of clearly informing the public what the performance to be presented will consist of. Should the event in question be a musical performance, the promoter shall inform the public the possibility that the artist might use a taped lic what the performance to be presented will consist of.
