(a) Acting as a promoter within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico without being duly registered and licensed shall entail a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).\n(b) Any entrepreneur who furnishes or rents a locality or area to any person who is not a registered promoter to hold a public event, shall be punished by a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).\nHistory —Sept. 3, 1996, No. 182, § 6, eff. 1 year after Sept. 3, 1996.
