It is hereby provided that an annual sum of the funds received by the College shall be deposited in a trust to be administered by the Foundation to be used, among other things, to:\n(a) Provide for the necessary conditions to make feasible the holding of affordable public performances for people with limited financial resources.\n(b) Propitiate the organization of performances in public schools of the Commonwealth by the producers who are College members.\n(c) Propitiate the organization of public performances for nonprofit charitable organizations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico by the producers who are College members.\nThese funds shall be channeled according to the requirements and in the proportional amounts established by the College Regulations.\nHistory —Sept. 16, 2005, No. 113, § 8.
