In order to become a member of a cooperative the following requirements must be met:\n(a) To have legal capacity, and\n(b) to meet the requirements of this chapter and of the articles and bylaws of the cooperative, and not to be a for profit juridical person.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 7.1.
