Cooperatives shall prepare and keep an updated register of members, which shall include the following information:\n(a) Name, address and occupation of each of the members, after duly verifying the credentials and identity of said members;\n(b) the number of shares owned by each member, with the corresponding series, should they be numbered, and the amount paid for such shares;\n(c) the exact date of admission of the member to the cooperative, and\n(d) the date that the member ceases to belong to the cooperative and the reason therefore.\nCooperatives shall also prepare and keep a register of the persons or entities that receive the services of the cooperative.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 7.4.
