All members must comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter, the articles and the bylaws and with:\n(a) Any contract, or corporate or monetary obligation with the cooperative;\n(b) the agreements of the assembly and its board;\n(c) hold office as elected, and\n(d) protect the interests of his/her cooperative.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 8.4.
