The members of a cooperative may be dismissed and deprived of their rights when they incur one or more of the following causes:\n(a) Death of the member;\n(b) resignation of the member;\n(c) expulsion of the member, or\n(d) dissolution of the cooperative.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 9.0.
