Cooperatives must remit to the Inspector of Cooperatives, the Cooperative Development Administration and the League of Cooperatives a complete list of the members of the Board, indicating the position, if any, of the members of the supervision committee and of any other standing committee established by regulations.\nSaid list, which shall be accompanied by any other information required by the inspector, shall be remitted to the inspector no later than twenty (20) days from the date in which said members have taken office, including those appointed to fill vacant positions.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 14.3.
