The Chairperson of the Board of Directors, pursuant to the agreements and policies established by the Board of Directors of the cooperative, shall have the following duties:\n(a) Legal representation of the cooperative, which may be delegated to one (1) or more of the members, pursuant to what is established in the bylaws;\n(b) formal representation before the management of the cooperative, which may be delegated to one (1) or more of the members, and\n(c) preside the meetings of the general assembly and of the Board of Directors, as well as all official acts of the cooperative.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 15.8.
