Vacancies arising among the members of the Board shall be covered by the majority vote of the remaining members at a meeting duly constituted for such a purpose.\nWhen the cooperative is organized by districts and the member creating the vacancy is a district director, said vacancy shall be covered by the Board with another member of the corresponding district.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 15.9.
