Every cooperative, except housing cooperatives, shall establish the following reserves by the order of priority indicated hereinbelow:\n(1) Corporate reserve;\n(2) service reserve, and\n(3) legal reserves required to carry out specific activities.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 19.6.
