When a cooperative has a capital deficit, or if its financial situation does not allow for it, it may postpone the payment corresponding to the withdrawal of membership in the cooperative for a period not to exceed two (2) years, except for life insurance payments.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 22.3.
