Two (2) or more cooperatives organized under this chapter may merge. On doing so, one (1) or more cooperatives shall transfer its (their) name, assets and other properties and rights to the other cooperative, which shall be the one remaining in existence as a recognized juridical entity.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 24.0.
