Cooperatives may constitute second level or superior grade cooperatives, or enter into association with them by means of resolutions by two-thirds (2 / 3) of the incumbent directors of the Board of Directors.\nThey may also become associated with similar organizations and with non profit associations.\nSecond or superior grade cooperatives thus organized shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter and shall be registered at the Department of State.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 25.1.
