Every cooperative organized pursuant to this chapter may be dissolved voluntarily through the vote of two-thirds (2 / 3) of the members present at an assembly called and constituted for that purpose. Said assemblies shall be convoked by mail, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the holding thereof.\nThe dissolution agreement shall be signed and certified by the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Board of Directors, and notified to the Inspector of Cooperatives and the Cooperative Development Administration.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 30.0.
