The board of receivers shall liquidate the assets of the cooperative, pay its debts and distribute the remainder, if any, pursuant to the provisions stated below. The board of receivers shall notify the fact to all known creditors.\nThe board of receivers shall complete the dissolution within the term established in its appointment by the assembly or in its designation by the inspector.
