Should there be a change in the civil status of the member, whether due to a divorce, separation or any other cause, or if any other event takes place which bars the member from continuing as a member of the cooperative, the Board of Directors shall make an evaluation as to whether the remaining person or family complies with the requirements for admission established in the bylaws of the cooperative. If said requirements are not met, the Board of Directors may issue an order to vacate the housing unit, pursuant to the procedures established in this chapter and in the bylaws of the cooperative.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 35.3.
