When a member fails to fulfill his/her payment obligations to the cooperative or incurs improper conduct, as defined in § 4584 of this title, the Board of Directors may make the following decisions, after a summons and hearing:\n(a) Accept the allegations of the member and dismiss the case;\n(b) admonish the member verbally or in writing;\n(c) impose upon the member fair penalties in proportion to the conduct incurred, including conditions or probationary terms, in addition to those that are allowed pursuant to the bylaws;\n(d) suspend any of the utilities originating from a common area enjoyed by the member, such as water, electric power, and television and telephone systems, or the use and enjoyment of the common areas of the cooperative in cases of failure to comply with payments, and\n(e) separate the member depriving him/her of his/her rights as such and granting him/her a term of thirty (30) days to vacate the unit. In the case of the separation of members in cooperatives subject to the member-owner cooperative housing regime, the latter may acquire the housing unit or allow the member to sell it, following the procedures established in the general rules.\nAll determinations
