The deed of each housing unit shall state the circumstances established in subsection (b) of § 4602 of this title with respect to the housing unit in question and shall refer to the master deed, the articles of incorporation, the general rules and the bylaws of the cooperative, indicating it is subject to such and the restrictions that affect it. In the case of developers, attention shall also be given to the provisions of the Mortgage Law and of the Property Registry Act, §§ 2001 et seq. of Title 30, and its regulation.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 35A.13.
