The cooperative may acquire housing units in addition to those consigned to it in the master deed and may use them for any purpose allowed by the law with the prior consent of two-thirds (⅔) of the member-owners, pursuant to the procedures established herein.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 35A.41.
