Housing cooperatives submitted to the member-owner cooperative housing regime shall be created pursuant to Subchapters III and IV of this chapter, with the exception that in addition to the provisions of § 4410 of this title, they shall also submit a draft of the master deed for the constitution of this regime, as it is to be submitted to the Property Registry for the consideration of the Cooperative Development Administration.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2004, No. 239, § 35A.47.
