The Inspector of Cooperatives is hereby authorized to collect from every cooperative the total cost incurred on account of, or as a result of the examinations and investigations made with regard to said cooperative and shall cover these funds, plus those collected on account of the imposed fines, into the 'Cooperatives Investigations Fund'.
